The concept of financial crisis is the concept of a set of various circumstances in which the financial institutions start losing a large part of their total worth or the potential instability of the credit system. This leads to a situation in which investors are not confident in more investments. Previously these crises were related to the banking panics and so the recession which would follow due to these panics.

Some other examples of financial crisis are when the stock markets crash, due to the bursting of certain financial bubbles, when a country has to devalue its currency than it is regarded as currency crisis, and due to the sovereign defaults and other related consequences (Klien & Shabbir, 2006).

In this paper we would be focussing on the issues of the recent financial crisis and the problems with the mortgage lenders. It has been observed by the economists that financial crisis usually occur due to speculations floated in the market known as the complementarities.
