Formation of networks does not do any good to a society which looks forward to developing. The university has got a duty to try as much as it can to eliminate this issue of networks. Networks often result in a lot of discrimination in the university based on the lines of ethnicity of the various social classes in the society.

In the end, this practices in the university spill out into the community when these students graduate (Mueller, 2011). By discouraging this practice in the university, the community will be a much better place as the members will learn how to live with each other regardless of the different backgrounds. There will thus be a lot of peace, love and harmony in our society.
