Limitations by the international bodies: When an organisation wants to implement international standards then they have to conform to all the international standards and negligence in quality can tarnish their years of contract. That is the reason why certain organisations are reluctant in implementing international quality standards (Scott 2006).

Lack of employee involvement: If employees of an organisation are not interested in a certain process then implementation of that process is a difficult process because it is the employees that make or break a certain process (Miller 2007). In the similar manner it can be said that employees of an organisation would definitely resist a process that is quality oriented for an organisation but since they are not interested in it then they are least concerned whether the process is implemented or not.
