I am very pleased for having given me the audience to address you when I came to your school. I was once a teenager and I know how it feels to be one. I also know how one can make mistakes when it comes to the issues of selecting friends and making plans more so when one has no mentor to influence his decisions. I do understand the unfavorable conditions you are facing while at your age. You should be thankful to God that you do not have to struggle so much to understand what the teachers are teaching in class. Unlike most of the students, you do not have to do thorough research and revision to pass your tests. If you want to make it in life, you should choose your friends wisely, look at the problems back at home and live to be a living example to all.

However, the most important factor that should be encouraging you to concentrate in education is the problems you see being faced in your family. Your family might have broken because no one has the best education background and hence no reliable income to support all the dependants. Looking at the achievements your teachers have is also a mode of motivation on your side. This does not mean that you have to learn to become a teacher but rather become someone who can support himself and even let others rely on. It is very encouraging when other parents are advising their kids to follow your example.
