Essay: Paradigm Shift in Operations

Despite the paradigm shift in operations, it is imperative to mention that that the clandestine operations of collecting information were continued without much objection from the senior intelligence.  There was little that was known in regard to what kind of results were to be avoided and what was to be achieved by a centralized service.

As such, the decision to sort out the intelligence services led to the emergence an organizational structure that borrowed some of the intelligent capabilities from the initial intelligent service[1]. This has continued to date.
