Military refers to a group of people assigned to serve the country by the means of defending it even by giving out their lives. They are also known as the armed forces of the country because they are provided with all the necessary equipment to fight for their country for which they have the ability to bring their enemies on their knees, and sometimes even their own people. In this paper we would be discussing situation regarding a rape case in the military.

The military personnel are considered to be one of the most disciplined people, but there have been cases in which they have shown acts of violence and menace. Considering the case of Susana Armenta who was18 years old and working at the Tripler Army Medical Centre in Hawaii. Her first encounter was when she was in her barracks, and her supervisor walked in and sexually assaulted her.
