Thomas Aquinas believed that people cannot discover the truths of faith as it is beyond reasoning and experience. He believed that truths of faith are also the object of faith itself instead of science and that is above the understanding of the human thinking. He believed that theology and philosophy are 2 distinct aspects and this distinction should be kept intact at all times.
